My name is Francesco Bardelli, I was born in Florence in  1973, and I got my degree in the Arts at the University of Florence in 2000.
In 2002 I moved to Monsummano Terme, my grandfather’s town which I love for its tranquillity, quality of life and for its position in the centre of Tuscany.
I have been a teacher of Italian for foreigners since 2004, and I have worked in several schools in Florence. In 2006 I specialised in this discipline, gaining the DITALS certificate at level II  at the University for Foreigners in Siena.
Before this I worked as a journalist for several tuscan daily papers. In 2003 I joined the Association of Journalists of Tuscany as freelance.
In 2004 I went to Brazil, where I worked for a year as a language teacher in a local school; a fantastic experience that I will keep for ever in my heart. Partly because there I was able to decide what was to be my true profession: to teach my language and to help people understand my culture, the most wonderful work in the world!
During this period was also able to learn a very beautiful language, Portuguese.
In 2008 my passion for travel took me to the United States where I took an English course in Miami therefore perfecting my English.
In addition to travel, my passions are football, (that I played for twenty years competitively), tennis, my sport today, music, books, philosophy and evenings spent with friends.
